He was in the CREATIVE team of Dr.Kamala Hasan.

From me-
my fav of his was Ganesh Vasanth... the best of tamil novels, its a comedy triller and his language flow is grt.

I will definitely miss his works!

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini

Vase aka Kathavarayan gifted me this book during his recent visit to India.

About the book :

Its a story of a man called Amir .

Through out the book , I cried !

It has a strong impact on you. The reason, you are able to relate to him a lot. He is not the ideal hero, thou he is the HERO of the book!

He is just one of us who is ashamed of his inability, who wants to be in the good books of his father, who hides the truth , lie to his friend .... So much of real self .

In my perspective , this book is about friendship.

The friendship of Khamir and Baba , the friendship between Ali and Baba and the friendship between Amir and Hasan.

Amir , could have helped Sohrab even he had not been his half brother's son. He could have done it cause of his debt to his friend Hassan.

I lived with the author. I am comfortable with the first person style of the book, the main reason I wept reading the book!

A must have in the library !
A must read to learn about friendship!

Kudos to the author.

It says the book is being made into movie . Lets wait to watch it.

well, there is a shopping center called Citi Center in Chennai n it hosts the Life Style store.

I have been to Life Style and Citi Center like unempt times , today was different. While coming back from LIBA my brother asked me to pick him up. I went to the Men's section in LifeStyle and wow! :) too many eye candies... My brother asked me to help him pick a few shirts for him and went inside the trail room :D waiting in front of the trail room was much more fun! lol... no... its not what u think... stop.. shut up! :D

Vazhga oli... next time... gals... try it... go shopping with your brother!

Frozen momments! :)

Some pictures u smile truly... the joy is everywhere... the sounds of laughter is still heard... u really wish u get back to that place and that minute then!

The funny thing is till 2003, i used to think, I look like a stupid when i smile n when anyone asks me to smile for a snap, i snort :)

I have tons of pictures like that. :)

But later i realised, otherwise.

Post 2003, I have so many beautifully painted picture where I am laughing / smiling heartily.

I wish i could smile like then , now!
