All of us have our share of bad hair day.... so i thought i will post someone the "yukthis" i handle to change my concave to convex :)
1. i know it is difficult, stop thinking about it - but rather thinking abt it, start thinking about something good. something which makes u smile instantly - for me the magic word is "surya" :P
say - ice cream, beach, the rain, god, playing with kids - be it anything and do it ample. coz in the immediate phase where u keep low, u will tend to think of thaat "bad thing" always all the time.
2. now if u dont know what is making u feel bad. do some exercise - believe me this is the best medicine , either u got to work out or u got to hog! whichever u prefer... stuff urself till u cant take down one more step or go to the gym and romance with the treadmill or fasten ur running shoes.
3."this might sound girlish!" - but if its a person who is making you feel sorry , find someone who hates that person and bitch about that person - try it and then let me know how much it worked. if u cant find someone who hates the person - pick ur best frnd - someone who wldnt judge u with ur act. what else are frndz for? :)
4.go out with ur gal frndz/hang out with ur guy frndz - have a "only guys/jus the galz" evening out, talk ... talk... talk .... laugh , laugh... laugh ... just take out everything in mind but be like u were in college - NOTHING CAN BEAT THIS.
5. ask a Hug from ur mom , dad , brother , sister/or just give one . - just your immediate blood relation. if you are married - hug your spouse. do not tell anything, jus silence and that hug will ease u to the max :)
6.And this helps when u r a little out of ur blue - think of the future , plan what u want to do, think of something u wanna achieve , dream of your life.... make it peaceful .
7. when u tend to think of the bad phase , immediately call up a frnd, ask a silly question, -call up someone whom u havnt talked in months, u might ve stories to hear or tell. Suppose , if that person is busy, dont get disheartened , try another number
8. cry out loud
9. get drunk and sleep for days , bunk office and watch tv , rent comedy movies and watch it.
10.think , that u need to be happy n refer from tips 1 to 9 .
WHAT MADE ME DO THIS POST - i was not in a good mood for sometime and ve jus jerked n pulled me out .
many of my frndz are going thro that "grey phase"
and i love myself and my frndz :) so jus thot wil help them aswell as me.....
coz i hate to take advise or give one.... so posting some tips... :P nice word to replace he he
