i used to be a vivid blogger but my frequency reduced and i am planning to start again.

yesterday i read a lot of my posts and yeah i realised it feels good to blog.

so

today li and i spent our evening together. :) after a long time , we didnt fight :D :D

we talked lots of random things , bot lots of random stuffs.

n i think chennai is becoming mini banglore. traffic is bad now adays.

What we talk when we have a day out!

---> talk about calories and ways of losing it and claim we are on a diet , yet hog like two large pizzas, a big devil's own n ....... !

----> talk about the hottest guy walking... yet we think of our loved ones.

----> talk of the world issues, plus we laugh over the last night's soaps!

----> discuss about "how india won the cricket match at the aussie" and add that DOHNI is *hmmmm*.

----> gossip about the old school and we do accept that "she" is looking beautiful now.

Vase aka Kathavarayan gifted me this book during his recent visit to India.

About the book :

Its a story of a man called Amir .

Through out the book , I cried !

It has a strong impact on you. The reason, you are able to relate to him a lot. He is not the ideal hero, thou he is the HERO of the book!

He is just one of us who is ashamed of his inability, who wants to be in the good books of his father, who hides the truth , lie to his friend .... So much of real self .

In my perspective , this book is about friendship.

The friendship of Khamir and Baba , the friendship between Ali and Baba and the friendship between Amir and Hasan.

Amir , could have helped Sohrab even he had not been his half brother's son. He could have done it cause of his debt to his friend Hassan.

I lived with the author. I am comfortable with the first person style of the book, the main reason I wept reading the book!

A must have in the library !
A must read to learn about friendship!

Kudos to the author.

It says the book is being made into movie . Lets wait to watch it.

have u ever noticed that you touch ur tummy after you finish your pinch of walk in the tread mill?

if you see a mirror, you check yourself if you are ok by smiling at it, we never frown n check how we look...

when u r in the shower and u touch the wrong soap... we are always able to identify that its not our soap! :) we get so used to the feel / shape of our soap...

:) we first look for mails from our near ones... even there is an important mail, we read the loved ones mail first.

even if we believe in horoscope or not. we see a small listing abt how our day is going to be according to our sun sign we will definitely read it and after reading for us we will read our loved ones sun sign!

all of us would ve tried the "FLAMES" game... if u dont know wht it is... after i explain u will definitely tell try it. ;)

invariably ( if u had enjoyed the period or not) when we cross our school/college with someone we know.. we point out our school/college n talk abt it.

i dont know for others... :) but if i am hungry[ i am hungry always; i mean like sometime in the none] and i look at my watch, the time will be 12 noon.the internal clock is fixed for each of us.

noticing it - u will realise , u wil be able to recognize ur mother's bangle sound, sisters anklet sound, dad's scent , brothers bike sound at any time how much ever u r concentrating on ur work.

something which i think, we ve become so accustomed with we never give it a second thot! u add to it.

Switching roles!!!!

Sometimes the elder brother or sister takes the role of the parent in upbringing of the younger sibling...

Friends take the role of your sis/bro in life....

Teachers take the role of friends at times...

But the worst role is playing the role of the fairer sex :)

that too for gals....

the point is -
when guys dont behave as guys - then we gals have to behave like guys!

why ? -
simple - coz guys are not doing their duties :) as simple as that

--> u dont take the initiative

--> u look good or may be good in attitude but u dont know how to behave like a guy :)

( in english - booze with frndz and go for late night movie )

--> fill the vehicle with fuel and take a detour for about 10 kms to have a glimpse of u for 5 minz.

--> go ask him for a coffee first.

--> ask his number, give missed call, ask him to store our number.

--> here the head ache starts- pichakaran - ini than avanuku eppadi sms pannrathune kathukuda vendiyatha iruku! vanthu matuthu paru saniyan! :P

-->finish 2 packets of cigarettes by the time we wait for ur call.

--> wait the whole day to look at you when u cross our seat.

--> wait for the one mokkai fwd mail which u will send [ are u really this dumb? cant u even mail us?- ass*(#% ].

--> run outside to check if it is u whenever we hear bikes sound.

--> BEST OF THE LOT - u giving missed calls and we calling u ( Jesus - where is this world going to??? )

--> pay ur coffee bill.

Sangavi dies!

Well, not in real but in the serial Kana Kanum Kalangal!

true to its name... it took me back to old memories. my school wasnt half as fun as this serial. But i truely enjoied watching this serial.







no tears, just laughter and like a soar eye they killed one of the main character and making this one another mega flick.

Kana Kanum Kalangal... brings instant smile to my face and each episode of theirs was rocking.



its all about friendship! nothing but friendship! :)

---> There is a blind school in Adyar and one day when it was raining, a visually handicapped lady was going in that direction( so i thot she was going to that school , moreover I started seeing her often in the same route) she was drenched in the rain and her dress got transparent , she didnt realise it and few men started following her. It took all my courage to stop them, fight with them n drop the lady near by after helping her dry herself!
